Managing Director

Enjoying the ability to balance fitness and lifestyle in her own life, Jamie decided to put her efforts into teaching others to achieve the same goals in theirs. Her passion for dance comes out in her sessions with clients, engaging them to find their graceful side.

Deb is passionate about helping her clients improve their flexibility, as well as their mental and physical health. Specializing in improving the health and fitness of older adult clients, Deb brings her expertise and cheerful disposition to work every day.

Stephen is a passionate health and exercise professional dedicated to his clients experiencing freedom in motion. He is a graduate from the University of Guelph, where he obtained his B.Sc. with honours in Human Kinetics. Since beginning his career in the Personal Training industry 5 years ago, Stephen’s commitment to continual learning led him to certification as a Muscle Activation Techniques™ Specialist. As a MAT™ practitioner, Stephen can assess and treat muscular imbalances that lead to chronic orthopaedic dysfunction, impeded recovery, and discomfort. In conjunction with Personal Training, Stephen provides a truly customized exercise experience which combine into a personal strategy for a return to health.

Zane has years of experience in the fitness and leisure industry, and is committed to focussing on the four principles of personal training: Fun, Safe, Effective, Efficient. He became interested in training during his first year of university and hasn’t looked back! Zain has developed many tools to specialize in training athletes, rehab injuries, and for special populations, such as Seniors.

John is hugely passionate in all aspects of health and wellness from exercise and nutrition to mental performance. From a young age he has been a high level athlete in a number sports including soccer, cricket, squash and tennis. Originally from the UK, John studied Aerospace engineering at undergraduate and graduate levels obtaining a PhD in 2008. Soon after moving to Canada in 2011, John pursued his passion for health and fitness becoming an exercise professional.

Since this time he has followed his appetite for life long learning completing a number of courses in various aspects of health and fitness including human anatomy and physiology, muscle activation techniques and posturology; the latter of which involves the study of human posture and the corresponding influence of the feet, eyes, jaw and skin. His current main focus is developing his skills and experience as a Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT) practitioner and completing the Resistance Training Specialist (RTS) Mastery course over the coming months. John has high ambitions and aims to be regarded as one of the best MAT/RTS practitioners in the country over the coming years.
